Honestly, how many of you have ever heard from somebody: „No, you do not have to tell me, I know exactly what to do“? I am very surprised that it´s many times managers or top managers who are saying this often. Sometimes I have a feeling I sit in front of “the king of wisdom” from whom I should learn. But opposite is true.
